About This Lesson
This lesson is one of my World War II COnflict Unit lesson plans. The students will be engaging in a group activity where they are all different countries associated in the war. However, since the Holocaust was a significant event in the war we will be taking a day to read this article and reflect on it. Along with the article is a youtube video for a hook along with the number of people who died throughout the war.
Excellent materials on a difficult subject. As an additional resource, teachers may want to have their classes listen to my song "6,000,000," or read its lyric sheet as a poem.
