About This Lesson

Student will be investigating and completing research of all of the fast food options in their neighborhood and compare these options to other neighborhoods. Throughout their research, students will learn how the fast food industry functions, and review studies of differences in the accessibility of fast food outlets and convenience stores based on the socioeconomic and racial/ethnic characteristics of neighborhoods.
