¡Hola! My name is Cecilia Robert-Shrivastava and I have been teaching Spanish for the past 14-years. I am a US National Board Certified Teacher on World Languages other than English, and a California certified language teacher. I am a Third-Culture Kid, a global nomad. I was born in the beautiful city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. I lived in Buenos Aires until 1985 when I moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While in College, I met my husband and moved to New Delhi, India. For the past decade, I have called San Diego, California, and New Delhi my homes.
I love to teach Spanish and explore with my students the weaving of the language and its culture. I hope you find the Lessons in this Blog useful. I look forward to sharing my love and passion for cultures and languages, and the incredible journey of teaching, with you.
