With almost 20 years in the fields adults education, youth leadership trainings, especially in relation to employability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), personal development, higher education policy, and field-work research, Badre possesses an extensive experience in youth capacity building in Europe, Africa as well as the Middle East; educational and evaluation tool development; experience in mixed-method fieldwork research; and a mastery of four languages (English, French, Arabic and German). As an independent consultant, he has been contracted by several governmental and non-governmental organisations, delivering over 250 trainings in more than 80 countries in the four corners of the world. His previous assignments included work with the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) in Nairobi-Kenya; the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung’s Regional office in Rabat-Morocco; the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy in Berlin-Germany; the Youth in Action Programme in the framework of the EU Youth Vision 2020, EU-States; the US Department of Labor (US-DOL); and Management System International (MSI). Currently, he is the a regional research leader of GloSyS Africa Project (GAP); and contracted as teacher-trainer for a number of formal and non-forma institutes.
Badre completed his Ph.D. in Media and Women Empowerment, an M.ED in education pedagogies from Mohammed V University of Rabat, and an MA in International Relations from Babes Boliya University in Romania; and an Audited MBA in Human Resources Management at Alfred University in New York, along with other training in Youth Educational Leadership and Research Ethics. In November 2015, Badre was selected among the best 50 youth leader at the World Scientific Forum in Budapest Hungary.
