John Ross Hart is a teacher and writer who teaches Social Studies at Casa Grande Union High School in Casa Grande, Arizona. John graduated with an A.A. in English at American River College, Sacramento, California, a B.A. in Communications Arts from California State University, Chico, and obtained his Secondary Teaching Credential from St. Mary's College of California.
Now a veteran of 20 years in education, John lives in San Tan Valley, Arizona with his wife of 25 years, the former Laury Ellisen of Berkeley, California. They are proud parents of an adult child, John Liam Hart (who goes by Liam), who is also a writer and photographer in the Bay Area. He lives in Richmond, California.
John's many interests in addition to writing include gardening, hiking, music, photography, railroading, travel, doing "stuff" around the house, and Jesus.
