Short Bio
I'm a teacher from over 27 years, I have prepared students to excel in mathematics by winning competitions or by getting very high marks in their graduation exams, some of them were accepted by prestigious universities as Harvard and Princeton. Through my students, I brought into my community 77 international, 139 national and over 600 regional or county prizes.
In the last 5 years, I have implemented cutting-edge contemporary issues from Business, Industry, Medicine or Science in my mathematical classes during my Space Invaders program, a STEM program that I created to captivate my students to learn better and expand their experience in the applied mathematics.
In classrooms, my method focuses on developing more thinking, reasoning, and creativity rather than following the prevailing technique of learning and repeating theoretical concepts.
I shared my teaching approach by contributing to over 40-course books, I am a member of the national curriculum board and recently I started to share my teaching ideas as TEDx speaker.
