Biography
In my current position, I work with an outreach program, I FISH NY, designed to introduce New Yorkers to their fishery resources through recreational angling. We provide resources to enable others to fish. I also manage our freshwater fisheries program, where we analyze NYC fish populations, providing information to the public through our agency's website (dec.ny.gov). I taught middle school earth and life science, many years ago, for the Seattle Public School District.
