Biography
This is my 19th year as a classroom teacher, my 17th as a special education resource teacher. I have taught every grade from PK to Seniors. I am currently working towards my PhD in Curriculum and Instruction specializing in Special Education and alignment. I am originally from Long Island, New York, have travelled a lot over the world. I am married to a high school history teacher and coach, I have two grown children of my own and one step son, four grandchildren and a great grandbaby on the way. My husband and I are avid flyfishers and are certified Texas Wildlife Flyfishing instructors. We love primitive camping, hiking, and have a passion for more travel. On the side I am a photographer and love photographing nature.
