Stephanie Calmenson is a former early childhood teacher and children's book editor, who has written over 100 books for children.
She's the author of the beloved Dinner at the Panda Palace a PBS Storytime Book; Ollie's School Day: A Yes-and-No Book; How To Cheer Up a Friend; and many books about dogs, including May I Pet Your Dog? as well as Dozens of Dachshunds and Oodles of Poodles and Doodles, the first two books in her Woofing, Wagging Concept Book series.
Her early chapter books include the Our Principal series, and The Adventures of Allie and Amy series and the Ready, Set, Dogs! series, written with Magic School Bus author Joanna Cole:
