Biography
Bill Black is the Colorado-based author of the TUX Learns... picture-book series for children ages 3–6. Inspired by his real-life Aussiedoodle, Tux, the stories use warm, playful adventures to explore home, manners, sharing, friendship, courage, and everyday social-emotional learning.
Five TUX Learns... titles have been selected for the World Literacy Foundation’s Global Children’s Library and are available to read or hear in 137 languages. Bill creates free classroom and family literacy resources designed to support preschool, Pre-K, multilingual, EAL/ELL, and early-years learners.
