I’m Lance Jepsen, a science communicator based in California’s Central Valley and the creator of Dark Science Docs. I develop interactive science labs, visual investigations, and printable learning activities that help learners explore scientific questions through evidence and real observations.

My interests include astronomy, planetary science, and helping people understand how scientists reach conclusions and recognize uncertainty. Through Dark Science Docs, I share resources for teachers, homeschool families, and independent learners, and I welcome educator feedback to improve their accuracy, clarity, and usefulness.
