Biography
Susan Ward is an Assistant Director at the American Federation of Teachers in Washington, D.C. where she has worked for 20+ years. In that time, she has helped to coordinate a variety of professional learning opportunities for teachers across the country both in person and online. She currently manages the partnerships for Share My Lesson, ensuring that the site is kept up-to-date with resources from over 400 partners and constantly evaluating potential new partners. Prior to joining the AFT, Susan worked with District Council 37, AFSCME, in New York City supporting projects in Safety & Health and Education. Susan is also a former NYS Licensed Funeral Director.
