About This Webinar

What does meaningful autism inclusion look like beyond simply accepting differences? Join the American Federation of Teachers and the Autism Society for an engaging panel discussion inspired by Beyond Acceptance: Autism Inclusion and Equity — A Guide for Educators, Parents, and Students. Panelists will explore how educators, families and students can move from awareness and acceptance toward authentic inclusion, belonging and equity.

The conversation will highlight practical strategies for creating inclusive learning environments, addressing barriers to participation and achievement, and ensuring students have meaningful opportunities to learn, contribute and thrive.

Participants will leave with actionable ideas and resources to strengthen collaboration among educators, families, and students and advance more equitable outcomes for learners with autism.
