As we step into a new year, let’s start with a simple truth: Taking care of yourself isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. Educators like you are often so focused on supporting your students, colleagues and communities that personal well-being takes a back seat. That changes this year. Share My Lesson is excited to introduce a new lineup of educator wellness events designed to help you reflect, recharge, and build habits that support your health, happiness and success in 2025.

Your Top-of-the-Year Self-Care Challenge

To kick off 2025 with intention, we’re challenging you to do the following:

  1. Pick one wellness goal for January—something small but meaningful to you.
  2. Register for our January webinar as your first act of self-care. Taking time to focus on your well-being is an investment in yourself and your students.
  3. Share your goal with a friend or colleague to inspire them to join you on this wellness journey.

This year is all about empowering you to thrive—one step, one challenge, and one webinar at a time. So mark your calendars and take the first step by registering for January’s session. Let’s make 2025 a year of resilience, growth and self-care. You deserve it.

Starting this month, we’re rolling out free, for-credit monthly wellness webinars, self-care challenges, practical tips and resources tailored to meet your needs as an educator. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming your way:

Self-Care Challenge: Choose one dimension of wellness to focus on for the month. Maybe it’s committing to 15 minutes of exercise, reconnecting with friends, or setting clearer work-life boundaries. Small steps, big change!
