Gratitude Revealed

Gratitude Revealed is an unprecedented journey into the science, mystery and pursuit of the building blocks of gratitude. Children who experience “gratitude curriculums” in school report high levels of happiness, express more appreciation to those around them, and are more likely to act on their feelings rather than ignore them. The most interesting advantage, however, is that these gratitude oriented children sustain these behaviors into adulthood, leading to healthier more, balanced lives. In a series of 16 film shorts, available for free on www.gratituderevealed.com, we explore what gratitude is, why it’s important and what we can all do to live more gracious lives. From a curated, multi-day immersive program, entitled Mastering Gratitude, to quicker “one-off” tools and practices easily adapted into a classroom, we extend the reach and the impact of Gratitude Revealed, making it not only a series to watch – but also a movement that changes people’s lives.
