About This Lesson
In this brief collaborative activity, students create an "advertorial" to promote the positive characteristics of the Community in the novel The Giver. I assign this after chapter 12, and we share it after one work period. Students could create the advertorial as a poster or short article as well, but we use Piktochart to create an infographic.
