About This Lesson

Build a mini air cannon! Use a plastic cup, balloon, CD, masking tape, and scissors to make a scaled-down version of the classic torus cannon--an air cannon that shoots blasts of air and forms rings of air. In this version, you won't be able to see the rings, but you will see the cannon blow around lightweight objects like scraps of paper. Aligned with Common Core Standards: W.2.8 , W.3.8 , W.4.8 , W.5.8
