About This Lesson

This activity is similar to another activity I uploaded on Middle Ages Trade Routes. This is more simple, and should be done before the Middle Ages Trade Activity. Students are split into groups (the numbers next to each civilization represent the least number of students that can be in that group based on who they have to trade with) and must trade based on their location. This worked VERY well.

the numbers mean how many students should be in each group for that civilization (based on how many trading partners they have)

I am wondering what the number next to the name of the empire indicates on the activity document. For example, Roman Empire (Europe and North Africa) - 5-- what is 5?
