About This Lesson

A fantastic film produced by people on the Changes course at Oaklands College. This course enables people with disabilities to develop the skills necessary to participate in their community. They explain very cogently how they would like to be treated and what they find difficult
about the way they are treated and people’s reactions. See the pdf file for lesson plans and activity ideas. Aligned to Common Core State Standards: SL.7.1, SL.8.1 , SL.9-10.1

Great series of videos. Teacher should preview for appropriateness for students. You will need to go to Trueblue website via google to get the videos.

Google "truetube" and seach the website either for disability or for the name of the film you want in the PDF! ACE resource!!
