About This Lesson

Discover how getting enough quality sleep is essential for transforming new knowledge into lasting memories. Memory is information the brain has encoded and stored. When you try to think about the last thing you read or watched, your brain is able to retrieve that information. There are several types of memory. 

Materials needed: a dry kitchen sponge, a measuring cup, water, printable puzzle (download included).
