The NEW Breaking Stigmas program for grades K-8 helps children recognize, identify, and manage their emotions, while also learning how to foster empathy and express kindness to help their peers.

This program includes:
- Teacher's guides for grades K-2, 3-5, and 6-8
- Engaging activities to help students identify feelings and emotions, explore coping strategies, and learn about the connection between feelings, empathy, and kindness. Activities support social-emotional learning skills, as well as health and language arts curricular standards
- Parent and caregiver letter
