About This Lesson
Students will create their own colour wheel and identify the complementary colours within the wheel, noticing that the use of the complementary colours together create contrast.
Students will create a painting with an emphasis on complementary colours, using creative thinking to try different ideas.
Students will look at examples of image descriptions that have been created to assist those with vision disabilities. They will then create an image description to accompany their artwork.
