Finding a Route - Santa and his reindeer

The objective is to investigate routes for Santa and his reindeer using a 3 X 3 grid - and to give instructions for those routes using positional and directional language. Once the routes have been drawn; learners could also look at any patterns that they find - eg routes that start by going downwards; or routes that start by going across etc :-) Appropriate for Early Childhood Education (Pre-K and younger).
