I can statement frog and lily pad targets

I have typed up the I can statements. I have adapted some of the statements and added some of my own to cover some of the longer learning objectives. Don’t think these are perfect but may be a starting point for a class targets display! I plan to have a frog prince/princess of the week for my Numeracy set.
