Empowerment Lesson Video:Watch this short video as a jumping-off point for in-depth learning experiences using the resources below.

Fun Page Activity: In this “What Would You Do?” activity, you offer advice to others struggling with being or staying resilient. Help them decide how to face their challenges and give advice on the steps they should take.

Independent Learning Guide: Watch “The Importance of Resiliency” video, then think about what role resiliency plays in your life and identify areas where you would benefit from a little more resiliency. This all-purpose guide can also be used by educators, parents, and mentors to jumpstart a valuable discussion about developing resiliency and applying it to reach goals.
