About This Lesson

Encourage your students (grades 1-2 and 3-5) to take small steps to make big changes to help wildlife around the world with activities inspired by Jane.

Students will learn about endangered animals, the cause/effect relationships within ecosystems, and how animals are impacted by human activity.

Teacher's kits for grades 1-2 and 3-5 include:

  • A reproducible family take-home letter

The student activities can be complemented with TWO DIY ACTIVITY VIDEOS that teach students:

  • How to make a vegetable pizza
