Making Evidence Based Claims #1

This is one of a series of uploads that are resources from EngageNY and from the New York State Department of Education. The method suggested/required for writing involves "making evidence based claims" and providing support. The article that is used with this set is Cesar Chavez's Address to the Commonwealth.
