In this two-week lesson plan students will improve functional movement and instabilities by implementing natural body movements in challenging themselves towards mastering their own body weight in a series of activities while building coordination, balance, and self awareness. This unit’s objective is to develop an understanding of a series of calisthenic exercises to improve overall physical fitness levels while learning correct form and techniques. Goal of instruction is to improve muscle endurance and strength in selected exercises.
