The purpose of this section of the site is to aid both the English and Spanish-speaking student in developing both social and academic language. The site design is based on the understanding that social language develops faster and more broadly than academic language. It is also a great tool for teaching general science topics, K-3 to traditional English speaking students. There are many videos and high quality photographs to reinforce the subjects being taught.
