About This Lesson
A free scene library for drama class and scene study: two- and three-person scenes drama students can rehearse, perform and use for partner auditions. Scenes from public-domain plays are printed in full, with where the scene sits in the play, what each character wants and an estimated running time. Scenes from plays still in copyright give the same context, a running time and a link to the script instead of the text. Each scene links to breakdowns of its characters and the show, so students prepare the relationship and the stakes, not just the lines. No sign-up and nothing behind a paywall. Published by CallbackQueen, a free audition prep site for theatre actors.
