About This Lesson

These are lesson plans/modules for teachers who want to implement the Common Core Learning Standards but are short on resources and budgets. It is a part of the "Anthology Alignment Project" at There is also the opportunity to join the group on Edmodo. The project takes anthologies widely in circulation and aligns them to the CCLS. I love what this group has done. The modules are solid and annotated--ready to go. Aligned to: RL.7.1, RL.7.2, RL.7.3, RL.7.6; W.7.1, W.7.4, W.7.5, W.7.9; SL.7.1; L.7.1, L.7.6
