In this hands-on activity, students will study the different states of matter: solid, liquid, and gas. They will make ice cube go through the 3 stages of matter by using heat energy to melt the ice, and then turn the water into water vapor. With this activity, students will learn about the different stages of matter and how atoms disperse inside of the object that changes its state of matter.
