About This Lesson
In this lesson, students will be able to translate a figure on the coordinate plane. They will learn about pre-images, images and prime symbols.
Students will be defining pre-image, image, and prime symbols before we go any further into the type of transformation, translation. After defining these words, students will then practice translating a figure on Desmos.
When students are done with the activity, they will complete a google form assessment in which they answer questions about the Desmos activity they completed.
