About This Lesson
Students will develop foundational keyboarding skills through age-appropriate typing activities and practice. They will learn to:
- Identify and correctly type uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and basic punctuation marks.
- Create clear, complete sentences and type them accurately using proper spacing and punctuation.
- Learn correct hand and finger placement on the keyboard using the Home Row method.
- Develop typing accuracy, proper technique, and confidence while using a computer keyboard.
- Practice basic typing skills through engaging exercises designed for young learners.
