About This Webinar

Please join Common Sense Education's Jennifer Ehehalt, Daniel Vargas Campos and Share My Lesson to understand how digital media and technology hold great promise for enhancing learning and simplifying our lives. However, despite all its potential benefits, the current landscape of digital media has also given rise to a wide range of complicated and potentially pernicious challenges. Today, educators across the country are tasked with helping students navigate novel issues such as fake news, online hate speech, cyberbullying, digital addiction, privacy, among others.

In such a complex landscape, how can educators teach students to avoid the risks and harness the rewards of digital media and technology?
