Join Catherine Zack for this experiential workshop series designed to give you both a better understanding of the science of stress and its impact on your body and real tools that you can use right now to manage stress, avoid feeling overwhelmed and create resiliency-building daily habits. You’ll leave this series with the foundations of a daily meditation practice and learn the building-block basics of mindfulness-based stress reduction.

In Session 2 you’ll learn:

  • how the nervous system works under stress;
  • how to recognize the signs and symptoms of stress in your body; and
  • how to recognize your own unique stress triggers to better manage stress.

Come ready to experience some immediate stress relief through guided relaxation, mini meditations, and breathing exercises to help you reset your attention, refill your cup, and relax at the end of a busy day.

Note: While part of a series, you can take this session by itself. You do not need to take the other two sessions in this series.

VERY HELPFUL
I am pausing my ego long enough to allow Catherine's information to sink in and take affect while I create a constructive tool to help me handle my triggers and my stressors. Catherine share's her knowledge in a friendly non stressful way. Cudos Catherine. I'm eager to see what insights I will have after 2 weeks of journaling and noticing my stressors/triggers. Oh and 20 min. each day of meditaion. YES! I COMMIT TO ME!!! Thank you.

All Teachers need this NOW
I was only able to watch the last half of this, but it was amazing. I got so much from this, and I feel more equipped to handle/manage my stress, which is at an all time high right now. (I think every teacher can say this). I hope it will be available to watch soo so I can see the beginning and share the link with colleagues.
