About This Lesson

In this interactive lesson, students take on the roles of United States Senators as they research different policies for the United States to combat climate change. Students will take part in a jigsaw activity with different groups learning about climate and energy related proposals and educating one another on what they have learned.

This lesson was originally designed in conjunction with the Edward M. Kennedy Institute's in person Senate Immersion Module but can now be used as a stand alone lesson in your classroom!
