This activity introduces students to Still-Life drawing. Students switch seats after 5 minutes by adding onto the drawing someone else started. Students understand what a still-life is as well as practice shading, explore different drawing material and understand positive/negative space. Students will also discuss how it feels to have someone draw on your artwork or drawing on someone else's work? Included is a writing component t compare/contrast the activity.
