I felt it was really good for highlighting the importance of Early Childhood, but also felt like it was just supporting our claims. It would be great for upper levels to read and understand in a district. I feel like there is such a disconnect between Early Childhood B-3 and even the Elementary Schools- It seems like we are often forgotten in the district. That the development that happens at that young age is not taken seriously. So many times I am asked, what can a child that age even do?? What can you teach them? They are learning their letters that early?? No, but they are learning/developing the precursors to what they will be learning in the future.
