About This Lesson

In this lesson students explore the big idea, We can care for Earth by protecting trees and conserving paper. Students learn how to protect and appreciate the trees in our natural world. They will make seed paper by recycling old newspaper, create art from recycled items, and prepare a recipe using recycled edible plants.
