About This Lesson

The purpose of this unit is to introduce students to primary sources that have been excavated and analyzed to try and formulate the rationale for how human beings first began to survive as individuals, clans, and larger groups. This early humans unit also serves as an opportunity to explore crucial vocabulary and frameworks that we will use throughout our study of Ancient Cultures during the school year as well.
