Independence Day: July 4th Activities

About This Collection

There's more to July 4 than fireworks, barbeques and cold drinks! Aside from being a day of reflection on the journey of America, the United States commemorates the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776 where the 13 American colonies announced their break from the British Empire and their intention to form a new nation. Take this opportunity to share not only the history of the holiday and why we celebrate, but find cool activities, experiments and lessons to share with preK-16 students.
