As a student progresses from classroom to career, great emphasis is placed on their ability to communicate, interact and build strong relationships with others. Through teamwork, students learn how to empathize with others, practice their communication skills (written, verbal and nonverbal), and strengthen their problem solving, reasoning and brainstorming skills. While working cooperatively with others, students develop a sense of belonging and feel valued for their efforts and abilities.
